The Signature Thing

There has been a lot of Gilmore Girls on my dash and in my life lately, and I am not complaining. I have the whole series on DVD but I still get excited when I’m home sick and remember to turn on ABC Family at 11.

I did finally do the reasonable thing and get out my season 2 dvd so I could watch the episode where Rory tutors Jess, the one where she visits him in NY, and the one where he comes back at Sookie’s wedding. These two crazy kids! I would give good money for a reunion where they get together.

Lady Catelyn’s fingers dug deep into her throat, and the words came rattling out, choked and broken, a stream as cold as ice. The northman said, “She says that you must choose. Take the sword and slay the Kingslayer, or be hanged for a betrayer. The sword or the noose, she says. Choose, she says. Choose.”

All I want is for Jaime and Brienne to live happily ever after. That’s going to happen immediately after this excerpt, right? RIGHT? (I’m probably going to need some fanfic to soothe these heartaches.)

After reading this article, B.J. and Mindy are officially one of my IRL OTP. But I bet they won’t get together for good until one of them gets engaged and the other has to interrupt the wedding at the “Speak now or forever hold your peace” part to make a big speech about how they’re best friends and soulmates.
